    We also offer therapeutic physical exercise classes under the name "Dynamic Muscle Tension." This technique was created by therapist Elvia Hernández, who, at the age of 26, faced the possibility of spinal surgery. With the collaboration of traumatologist Pedro Torres, she developed this unique approach that not only tones muscles but also corrects posture, rehabilitates injuries, and enhances quality of life.
